Veriguide OS 3D Print Resin
For Surgical Guides
Louisville, KY: February 15, 2019 – Whip Mix introduces VeriGuide OS, a Class I, CE certified resin material developed for the production of high precision surgical guides for use in dental implant surgery. The new material is formulated for 3D-printing systems (DLP, SLA, and LCD) at both 385 nm and 405 nm.
VeriGuide OS™ has been successfully tested for biocompatibility and meets all mechanical properties requirements. The resin features an easy post-processing method and produces highly accurate surgical guides with a high quality surface.
Sleeves may be inserted directly after printing with excellent fit. The material can also be sterilized by autoclave, steam, ethylene oxide, or gamma rays without affecting dimensional stability, physical properties and biocompatibility.

Dentca Digital Denture Resins
Louisville, KY: February 15, 2019 – Whip Mix introduces Dentca digital denture materials, the first 3D-printed resins to receive FDA clearance. Their physical properties and biocompatibility pass FDA requirements and give the printed denture properties very similar to conventional dentures. The results are fewer dentist visits, predictable fit, re-printable data files, lower costs and excellent intraoral denture performance.
The system, available from Whip Mix and validated by Dentca, is comprised of the Asiga Max or Pro2 3D printer, the UViTRON UV Curing Unit, and Dentca 3D printable resins, including an ivory-colored try-in material, tooth materials in Vita shades A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1 & B2, and denture base materials in Original Pink, Light Pink, Reddish Pink & Dark Pink shades.

UViTRON UV Curing Unit
Louisville, KY: February 15, 2019 – Whip Mix introduces the UViTRON INTELLIRAY curing unit. It is a UV light flood curing system that offers the ideal light range for curing Dentca denture materials. It is part of the Whip Mix 3D Printed Denture System due to the following features:
- The unit features a wide range of light (320-390nm)
- High capacity – up to 12 dentures
- Fully enclosed curing chamber
- Audible beep when the cycle is finished
- Cooling system to ensure reliability of the components
- Integrated exposure shutter for highest protection from UV radiation
- A long life 600-Watt metal halide-type lamp and parabolic reflector
- Illuminates an 8 x 6 inch curing area with evenly distributed 115mW/cm2 (600W) UVA light
