To keep your dental appliance clean, comfortable, and functioning properly, please follow these guidelines:
- Daily Cleaning
After each use, wash the appliance with cold water and mild soap to remove debris. Avoid hot water, as it can alter the fit. Dry the appliance completely before storing it. - Storage
Keep the appliance in a clean, dry case when not in use. Proper storage helps prevent damage and bacterial buildup. - Do Not Soak
Do not soak the appliance in cleaning solutions, mouthwash, or any liquid. This can degrade the material. - Avoid Toothpaste
Do not use toothpaste to clean the appliance. Toothpaste is abrasive and can damage the surface. - Oral Health Precautions
Do not use the appliance if you have bleeding gums, open sores, or any oral injury. Contact your dentist before resuming use. - Before Eating or Drinking
Remove the appliance before eating, drinking, or smoking to prevent damage and maintain hygiene
